access Ebscohost. This is good place to get full text articles. Most internet
sites will only provide abstracts of articles, or will provide the article for
a fee.
US National Library of Medicine
The National Library of Medicine is the world's largest medical library. The
Library collects materials and provides information and research services in
all areas of biomedicine and healthcare. Their comprehensive website is easy
to use and very informative.

Search for journal articles online. Most entries are citations only, not full
text.
Harvard Medical School Family
Health Guide
Online Version of the book. Contains complete information about health care
for the entire family.
Family Doctor.org
Website created by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Articles and
information are also available in Spanish.
Clinical Trials
Contains a listing of industry sponsored clinical trials that are actively
recruiting patients.
Also included on this site are lists of newly released drugs, clinical
research information, and a listing of health associations.
Clinical Trials.gov
ClinicalTrials.gov provides regularly updated information about federally and
privately supported clinical research in human volunteers. ClinicalTrials.gov
gives you information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations,
and phone numbers.
MedHunt
Medical search engine. Searches multiple medical sites.
Mental Health.com
Comprehensive site of mental health disorders. Includes research,
self-diagnosis, and links to other pertinent sites.
National Center for Complementary and
Alternative Medicine
The official government site for complementary and alternative medicines.
