Great Early Elementary Reads
The American Library Association / Association for Library Service to Children's 2007-2008 School-Age Programs and Services Committee recommends these titles for children who are just learning to read and beginning to read on their own. The books included were published between 2005 and 2008, however many are part of a larger series that young readers will also enjoy.
